At Iron Grit Barbell Physical Therapy, we work with lifters and active adults who want to train hard without constantly feeling held back. At Iron Grit Barbell Physical Therapy, coaching is built to help lifters train hard without constantly hitting setbacks. Every client starts with a PT-level assessment to understand how you move, lift, and load your body—so your training plan actually matches you.
From there, you transition into personalized strength coaching and programming designed to keep you progressing, even when things feel “off.” Instead of stopping training, you’ll learn how to adjust intelligently and maintain momentum.
Coaching focuses on smarter programming and load management, technique adjustments that allow you to keep lifting, targeted work to strengthen weak links, and clear guidance on how to progress without second-guessing your plan.
All coaching is delivered remotely through custom programming, detailed video analysis, and ongoing feedback from Matt, so it integrates seamlessly into your training. The goal is simple: lift stronger, lift smarter, and stay consistent for the long term.
