At Iron Grit Barbell Physical Therapy, Matt works with lifters who want more than quick fixes. This is a high-touch, low-volume virtual coaching model designed for those who are serious about building strength, improving technique, and training with long-term clarity. Through a performance-driven approach that blends physical therapy and strength coaching, you’ll get individualized guidance so you can move better, lift confidently, and make consistent progress.

 

To ensure the right fit, Matt starts with an application. This helps him understand your training background, goals, and current challenges before moving forward. If it looks like a strong match, you’ll be invited to a discovery call to map out next steps. Not every applicant is accepted, and if another approach would better serve you, you’ll be pointed in the right direction.
